For example, last semester, I was stressed about a tough course, but grabbing coffee with my hostel buddies turned my mood around completely.

2. Stay Busy (Beyond Studying)

Don’t let your semester revolve only around academics. Get involved in extracurriculars to keep your mind engaged and your spirits high. Try joining a sports team (I love playing badminton!), hitting the gym, or exploring nearby places like temples or cafes. Meeting new people through clubs or events can also spark unexpected friendships and make your college life more exciting.
